Translated from Prib. Tekn. Eksp.; 16: No. 4, 75-77(1973). A method is considered for determining the energy equivalent of the noise of semiconductor nuclear-radiation detectors which is based on calibrating a simplified measurement device consisting solely of a spectrometric preamplifier and a vacuum- tube voltmeter. The method allows a considerable increase in the speed of the measurements and permits their cost to be lowered. (auth)
