Hartree--Fock values of energies, interaction constants, and atomic properties for the groundstates of the negative ions, neutral atoms, and first four positive ions from helium to krypton

The expressions of the operators and corresponding matrix elemerts (within the one-electron function approximation) for the various interaction energies and corrections in many-electron atoms were summarized. Numerical values are presented of 19 of these energies, or associated coupling constants, and of various atomic properties--- ionization potential, spin-orbit coupling constant, magnetic hynerfine structure constant, dipole polarizability, atomic radius, etc. The calculations were carried out, with analytical Hartree-- Fock functions, for the ground states of the negative ions, neutral atoms, and first four positive ions from He to Kr. The predictive value of the results is examined. (auth)
