Sum rules in the electron scattering by nuclei (in Russian)

The sum rules for the electron scattering by nuclei are formulated. In is shown that in the single-particle approximation for the nuclear current some of the sum rules are model-independent being expressed through the electron elastic form factors. These sum rules are attractive for the experimental investigation of the contribution of the nonsingle-particle current. It is also shown how the electron scattering data can be used to yield the nuclear Coulomb energy. (auth)
