Electron bombardment conductivity of CdS

Journal Article · · J. Phys., D (London), v. 7, no. 3, pp. 429-432
>Measurements were made of electron bombardment conductivity (EBC) of intentionally doped CdS single crystals and evaporated films. An EBC gain as high as 10/sup 11/ was observed on one specimen. The influence of contacts was studied. (auth)
