ON THE ANGULAR CORRELATION OF THE 72 kev/136 kev $gamma$$-$$gamma$ CASCADE OF Re$sup 18$$sup 7$ (in German)

The angular correlation of the 72 kev/136 kev gamma -- gamma cascade of the deformed nucleus Re/sup 187/ was measured. The coefficients A/sub 2/ and A//sub 4/ confirm the theoretically predicted spin sequency 5/2+ yields 7/2+ yields 3/2+ for the lower three levels and lead by a pure E2 transition of 72 kev to an E2 mixture of 1.5% maximum in the 136 kev M1 transition.
