Some energy levels in /sup 165/Ho and /sup 89/Y below 2 MeV were observed by measuring de-excitation gamma rays from (n,n' gamma ) scattering process. Levels at 362 plus or minus 3, 510 plus or minus and 710 plus or minus 6 KeV in /sup 165/Ho and at 910 plus or minus 7 and 1530 plus or minus 12 KeV in /sup 89/Y were clearly identified. The protons accelerated from Dacca 3 MeV Van de Graaff Accelerator were used. Neutrons were obtained by T (p,n) / sup 3/He reaction. (auth)
