With consideration of tbe electron interactions, the exact theory of the electric conductivity of a plasma (in the presence of a weak electric field) was constructed by integration of the Boltzmann equation of ionized gases. The development included plasmas of any ionizing degree without any simplifications up to the fourth approximations it contained, therefore, the results of Landshoff and other authors which had been derived as a special case using simplified hypotheses oniy for completely ionized gases. The consequent transfer of tbe cross section conception to the inelastic-elastic scattering centers makes possible an obvious interpretation of the results in the direction of the elementary idea of free paths.
