Coincidence measurements on the gamma rays and BETA rays of Po/sup 214/lead to a decay scheme. Spins and parities of the excited states are proposed on the basis of angnlar correiation studies, internal conversion coefficients, and BETA -ray lifetime determinations. There is evidence of collective model effects for this nucleus. (tr-auth)
