Ventilation plants in the nuclear power plant Muehleberg, Switzerland (in German)
The atomic power station Muehleberg, Switzerland has a generator performance of 306 MW and has become the first boiling water reactor of Switzerland after the inauguration of the pressurized-water reactors, the atomic power station Beznau I and II. Described are the ventilating plants for the reactor and preparation buildings, and the requirements they have to fulfill, the supply and extract plants, the operational conditions in the reactor building, installations, emergency plant, recirculating air conditioning equipment for the drywell together with the demands, machine room ventilatlng plant, plant testing, filtration plant and putting into operation. Tests of the completed plant have proved that the installation fulfills all requirements demanded. (GE)
