Quasi-infinite-momentum limit, sum rules for nonforward amplitudes and light-cone commutators

Finite-energy sum rules for the imaginary part of a currentproton nonforward scattering amplitude are obtained. The sum rules relate structure functions to form factors of bilocal operators appearing in the Gell-Mann-- Fritzsch light-cone algebra. The equal-time limit is considered in some cases. (auth)
