Computer program ALGAMMA for the analysis of $gamma$ spectra from Ge(Li) spectrometers

The ALGAMMA computer program is described and its use on the CDC-3300 computer is explained. The program is an improved version of G. Winter's GAMMA code. The peaks are fitted with Gaussian curves using the least-squares procedure (complex peaks are decomposed automatically). It gives the parameters of the peaks, the errors of the parameters, and performs on energy and efficiency calibration. (auth)
