Results of regional blood circulation were analyzed for 32 patients with late radiation ulcers of the skjn. Blood circulation in the region of radiation ulcers was studied by means of angiography and radioactive isotopes /sup 131/I and /sup 133/Xe. The degree of disorders of local blood circulation depended on the type of radiation therapy and a cumulative dose of ionizing radiation. The condition of the local blood circulation must be taken into account when treating patients with late radiation ulcers of the skin. (auth)
