Effective cross sections are computed for a number of radiative processes arising in the interaction of highenergy pi mesons with nonspherical nuclei. Nonsphericity of the nuclei modifies the angular distributions and leads to the appearance in the cross sections of factors which are dependent only on the geometrical shape of the nucleus. (tr-auth)
