Journal Article · · Inzen. stavby
OSTI ID:4313576
The possibility of applying x rays and gamma rays in the study of concrete structures is confirmed. In-place examinations require the use of light- weight equipment. The following radioisotopes can be used: radium, radon, technical mesothorinm, Co/sup 60/, Ta/sup 182/, Ir/sup 192/, and Cs/sup 137/. Simple and stereographic projections on film strips can be used. Barite concrete is recommended as a shielding material.
