FINE $alpha$ ACTIVE LARGE AREA SOURCES (in Russian)

A new method is offered for preparation of fine film alpha -active sources with large area and good homogeneity. The sources are prepared by electrical precipitation of alpha -active substances on aluminum-coated films of zapon lacquer. The total thickness of films is less than 50 mu g/ cm/sup 2/. The method is simple and does not require any special apparatans. (tr-anth)
