Thesis. lmplants of allogeneic liver, kidney, and skin significantiy delayed as well as accelerated the rejection of some subsequent test skin allograft s in salamanders and in mice. The role of implantinduced immunosuppression and methods for in vivo and in vitro assay of immunity are discussed. (CR)
