A study of mu meson scattering was performed by means of an apparatus capable of selecting only muons, their momenta being determined by a thick absorber and a delayed coincidence method within a narrow range of scattered muons was found to be in good agreement with the Coulomb scattering theory for extended nuclei obtained by Cooper and Rainwater.
