French). The /sup 27/Al(p, gamma )/sup 28/Si reaction at E(p) = 2876 plus or minus 2 keV was used to study the virtual state J/sup pi / = 6/sup -/, T = 1 at Ex = 14356 keV, and the antlanalogue bound level, J/sup pi / = 6/sup -/ , T = 0 at E(x) = 11577 keV of /s up 28/Si. The resonant level de-excitation scheme was established. The characteristics of the two new states were determined from angular distribution and Doppler shift lifetime measurements. The intensity of the resonance was determined ( omega gamma = 3 plus or minus 1 eV). The results enable a definition to be obtained for the de-excitation of the 14356-keV level in terms of an M1, DELTA T = 1 transition having a strength of 0.5 Weisskopf units. The /sup 27/Al(p,p)/sup 27/Al elastic scattering measurements were used to confirm the parity of the resonant level. (auth)
