LUMINESCENCE SPECTRA OF COMPLEX URANYL COMPOUNDS. II (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Optika i Spektroscopiya
OSTI ID:4307032

Effects of the chemical nature of molecules formed in the crystalline lattice of uranyl salts on the uranyl adtrate and uranyl acetate luminescence spectra were studied. It is shown that the electron transition frequencies and the ion vibration frequencies of uranyl ion deopnd on the nature of the molecules interacting with it. The fine spectral structures obseryed at low temperatures are the result of transitions between the energy levels, and only a small portion of the lines could be preduced by the transitions between the electron vibration levels of the uranyl ion.
