EFFECTS OF IRRADIATION OF TRYPSIN WITH X RAYS (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. rend.
OSTI ID:4304754
Tryspin diluted in aqueous solution is inactivated by x rays, an indirect effect being responsible for thee inactivation. Moreever, there is no exponential relation between thee dosage received and the percertage of inactivation; this suggests the hypotheesis that inactivated trypsin presents a greater affinity for thee free radicals than the nonirradiated trypsin.
