Dispersion relations for the process pi + N yields pi ' + pi " + N' in fixed nucleon approximation were derived by means of the Bogoliubov scheme. They show that a considerable part of the non-observable region is covered by a continuous spectrum. An approximate consideration leads to complex integral equations between the hermitic and antihermitic parts of the amplitude. The dispersion relations obtained were used to formulate satisfactory relations of the Chew-Low sort for all symmetry requirements. (tr-auth)
