A STUDY OF THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF RADIATION SENSITIVITY OF DRY SPORES OF BACILLUS MEGATERIUM BETWEEN 5 K AND 309 K

Journal Article · · Experientia (Switzerland)
OSTI ID:4290900
The temperature dependence of the radiation sensitivity of dry spores of Bacillus megaterium was measured in the temperature range from 5 to 309 deg K:. The sensitivity is temperature dependent below 130 deg K; it corresponds to the van-t'Hoff-Arrhenius rule between 130 and 310 deg K with an activation energy of 0.110 kcal. (tr-auth)
