The intensitles of nueleo-active cosmic particles at high energies were measured in the autumn of 1957 at 3860 m elevation. The experimental data showed that in 81 plus or minus 3% of the recorded instances nucleo-active particles with energies > 3X lO/sup 12/ ev were aecompanied by wide atmospheric showers with >3 > lO/sup 3/ particles. About 83 plus or minus 4% of the observed events with particles of > l.5 x 1O/sup 13/ ev were followed by wide atmospheric showers. Consequently, the magnitude of the following showers does not depend much on energy of the nucleoactive particles. At the energy interval lO/sup 12/ to 10/sup 13/ ev the energy spectra is expressed as F(> E) ~ 1/ E/sup 1.53 plus or minus 0.07/, which is in agreement with the primary cosmic radiation spectrum. It was also observed that the numher of (Greater than or equal to) 3 X 10/sup 13/ particles was smaller than expected, a ssuming the conservation of similarity with the primary cosmic radiation spectrum.
