0-600 kev GAMMA-RAY SPECTRA FROM THERMAL NEUTRON CAPTURE IN THE REGION A = 104 TO 198

Journal Article · · Physical Review (U.S.) Superseded in part by Phys. Rev. A, Phys. Rev. B: Solid State, Phys. Rev. C, and Phys. Rev. D

The energies and absolute intensities of prominent peaks in the 0-600 kev region of the gamma-ray spectrum following thermal neutron capture have been measured with a single NaI(T1) scintillation spectrometer. The elements investigated were rhodium, silver, cadmium, indium, antimony, tellurium, iodine, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, hafnium, tantalum, rhenium, iridium, platinum, and gold.
