BS>The purification and concentration of isotopes in radioactive effluents to a minimum volume is a most pressing problem. The average chemical composition and radiochemical composition of the effluents investigated are given along with the allowable levels and decontamination factors. The flow sheet fur decontamination is given. It features coagulation and ion exchange resin sorption. (W.D.M.)
