COINCIDENCES BETWEEN CONVERSION ELECTRONS IN Lu$sup 173$ DECAY. VERIFICATION OF DECAY SCHEME OF Lu$sup 173$$Yields$YbTSUP 173/ (in Russian)

Coincidenecs between certain conversion transitions in Yb/sup 173/ appering in Lu/sup 173/ decay (T= 170 days) were investigated with a double-lens spectrometer. The data obtained substantiated the Lu/supo 173/ -- Yb/sup 173/ decay seheme. Previously it was determined that the gamma spectra of 170day Lu from a prepared lutetium fraction and that from Lu aceumulated from Hf deeay are identical. Hence, the stability of Hf/sup 174/ confirms that the lines belong to Lu/sup 173/. (R.V.J.)
