A time analyzer for a time-of-flight spectrometer is described. The time analyzer operates on the matrix coincidence principle and consists of 64 channels with widths from 2 to 160 mu sec. With the help of a delay line, a time interval of 32 mu sec is obtainable by the 64 channels. The recording is done by a high-speed mechanical counter. (tr-auth)
