SAFEGUARDS ANALYSIS OF THE FLEXIBLE PLASTIC REACTOR

A description is given of the Flexible Plastic Reactor. A procedure for safe operation is given including operational sequence of the automatic scram system and enumeration of the various shutdown mechanisms.
