ENERGY LEVELS IN Na$sup 23$ FROM THE Ne$sup 22$(p,$gamma$)Na$sup 23$ REACTION

Journal Article · · Physical Review (U.S.) Superseded in part by Phys. Rev. A, Phys. Rev. B: Solid State, Phys. Rev. C, and Phys. Rev. D
Thc gamma-ray excitation function for the Ne/sup 22/(p, gamma ) reaction was investigated in the energy range of 600 to 1800 kev. Eleven resonances could definitely be identified to result from this reaction. The cascades leading d to proceed for the most part through well-known lower lying states, although no gamma rays corresponding to transitions through the 2.08 and 2.39 Mev were observed at any of the resonances investigated.
