CROSS SECTION AND DEPLETION EQUATIONS FOR KARE AND FLAME

Specifications are presented for the cross section and depletion calculations to be included in the few-group neutron diffusion codes KARE and FLAME. KARE is a twodimensional code for the Philco Transac S-2000, being written at KAPL. FLAME is a three-dimensional code for the Remington-Rand LARC, being written at David Taylor Model Basin. FLAME will also include cross section and depletion calculations specified by Bettis. (W.D.M.)
