FLUX DISTRIBUTION MEASUREMENTS IN OMR CORES

The neutron flux distributions in a flexible mockup of an OMR core portion were measured. Two lattice configurations were studied. The diffusion length of thermal neutrons in the moderator and the critical sizes of the lattices were also measured Results, together with some comparisons with theoretical calculations, are tabulated.
