The spectrometer was designed for measuring the spectrum of recoil protons from neutrons scattered at a given energy. The scattered neutrons are discriminated by time-of-flight characteristics. Results of Po-Be source spectrum measurements are included. The highly efficient instrument is capable of measuring sources of es sufficiert t 200,000 neutrons/sec intensity. (tr- auth)
