The Douglas Point Project is a 200-Mw nuclear generating station to be constructed on the shore of Lake Huron about 10 miles nonth of Kincardine. It will consist initially of a single reactor (CANDU) and a single turbinegenerator together with associated auxiliary plant. The plant arrangements as the design now stands are reviewed briefly, and the location and function of the components are described. (W.D.M.)
