The permittivity of ion dielectrics as a function of temperature was studied with pure crystalline phases and mixtures of BaO - AlO/sub 3/ - 2SiO, BeO - Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/, Mg/sub 2/TiO/sub 4/ Zn/sub 2/TiO/sub 4/, CaTiO/sub 3/- NiTiO/ sub 3/, CaZrO/sub 3/, SrZ rO/sub 3/, BaZrO/sub 3/, CaSnO/sub 3/- BaSnO/sub 3/, CaO, MgO, TiO/sub 2/, ZrO/sub 2/, ZrTiO/sub 4/, BaO-4TiO/sub 2/, Nb/sub 2/O/sub 2/ -4ZrO/sub 2/, BaO - TiO/sub 2/-SiO/sub 2/, and some compound of BaO- TiO/sub 3/, CaOZrO/sub 2/, ZrO/sub 2/-TiO/sub 2/ and CaZrO/sub 3/-BaZrO/sub 3/ in the range 400 to 1600 tained C.
