DECAY CHARACTERISTICS OF POTASSIUM-42 AND TELLURIUM-132

The gamma -spectra of potussium-42 and tellurinm-132 were examined with a sonium iodide crystal spectrometer. A recently reported 53 kev gamma - transition was observed in the decay of tellurium-132. Coincident sumnning in a single sodium iodide crystal at high geometry is used to reveal the main features of the relatively simple gamma -decay schemes. (auth)
