A close negative correlation was found to exist between the 27-day recurrence tendency of cosmic rays and that of solsr activity. Both recurrences have positive correlation during several months at the minimum solar activity. This phenomenon suggests that there may be at all times some anlar emission of cosmic-ray particles, which is not observable except in the short period of rninimum solar activity. (auth)
