SEPARATION OF PROTACTINUM FROM THORIUM BY REVERSED-PHASE PARTITION CHROMATOGRAPHY (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Nukleonika (Poland)
OSTI ID:4160700
The reversed phase partition chromatography method was applied for the separation of protactinum from thorium. The protactinium was found to be strongly held on the column whereas thorium was easily eluted with HCl. Protactinium could be then eluted with 5% oxalic acid. (auth)
