The distribution of uranium, potassium, and alpha and gamma radioactivity of a granite massif in the Hoggar, Sahara was examined. Statistical application of results show the existence of a close relationship between activity fluctuations and uranium content variations. There is, on the other hand, no clear correlation between activity and K/sub 2/O content. (auth)
