BS>Recent studies are reviewed on the clinical aspects of the application of stored autologous bone marrow in the treatment of advanced malignant disease. It is concluded that the aid of autologous-marrow transfusion will allow large field irradiation and large dose chemotherapy with less regard to the hematological complications implicit in this type of treatment.
