A study of methods for selection of quotient digits during digital division. Report No. 397.
- Univ. of Illinois, Urbana, IL (United States)
This study concerns a class of non-restoring division schemes in which redundancy is introduced into the representation of the quotient thereby permitting quotient digits to be selected from highly truncated versions of the divisor and partial remainders.
