CORRECTION OF DISTORTIONS DUE TO THE RESOLVING POWER OF SCINTILLATION COUNTERS (in French)

A method is described for correcting the distortions produced by the resolving power of the apparatus, in spectra measured by scintillation counters. This correction, applied to the distributions of recoil deuterons produced by 14.1-Mev neutrons in a deuterated benzene scintillator, permits the determination of the n-d differential scattering cross section for neutrons of constant energy.
