BOUNDEDNESS AND STABILITY IN NONLINEAR REACTOR DYNAMICS

A formulation of the problem of boundedness and stability of the power level of a nuclear reactor describable by a nonlinear model is presented. A sufficient cniterion for boundedness and stability is derived and proved to be equivalent to the criterion suggested by Welton. The criterion is illustrated by means of two examples. (auth)
