SMALL-ANGLE ELASTIC SCATTERING OF 24.5 Gev/c PROTONS ON HYDROGEN NUCLEI
Momentum transfer in the 24.5-Bev/c p-p elastic scattering was at 49 and 735 Mev/c. Angular distributions at small angles were studied using a liquid- hydrogen bubble chamber and perpendicularly exposed emulsions. The elastic cross section was found to be 8.8 plus or minus 0.3 mb and the total cross section 39.3 plus or minus 0.8 mb. (R.E.U.)
