Two germanium crystals of different thickness were irradiated with CuK$alpha$ and CuK$beta$ X-ray light in the symmetrical Laue case and the Rsub(h) reflexes 220, 400, 440 were measured at temperatures in between 6-300 K or 6-50 K (440). The measured reflex intensities were mathematically balanced and then used to determine the anomalous absorption coefficients, Debye temperature and the Hoenl-Wagenfeld factor. (HPoe/LH)
