RESISTIVITY OF PURE IRON IRRADIATED WITH NEUTRONS (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. rend.
OSTI ID:4138261
Some samples of pure iron irradiated at 35 to 78 deg K were studied by measurement of the electrical resistance at 20 deg K. The isothermal anneals made give activation energies of 0.22 ev at 160 deg K and 1.4 ev at 200 deg C for the principal stages of anneal. (tr-auth)
