BREMSSTRAHLUNG IN THE SECOND BORN APPROXIMATION (in German)

Journal Article · · Acta Physica Austriaca (Austria)
OSTI ID:4123307
The differential cross section for bremsstrahlung in the second Born approximation was obthined by assumption of a screened Coulomb potential. Because of the complexity of the formulas the limiting case of small irradiated quanta is discussed. A term erroneously omitted in an earlier investigation is considered, and it is shown that its effect cannot be neglected directiy. The occurrence of certain integrals makes the discussion of the various limiting cases difficult. The various types of these integrals are classified and reduced tc knowns. (tr-auth)
