A small television camera or an attachment for a camera for use in confined spaces such as in reactors and to view objects to one side of the camera is patented. A mirror is mounted in front of the camera lens at an angle to the lens axis, to reflect light into the lens from an object not in front of the camera. A light source to illuminate the object is mounted behind the mirror, so that the mirror prevents light from the source from falling directly on the lens. The angle of the mirror and the direction of the light source can be remotely adjusted. (M.P.G.)
