A logic circuit is designed with radiation sources and radiation detectors so that it functions as an electroradiated relay to control a load current in a switching mode. In this circuit, a first radiation detector across a load is controlled by a radiation source which in turn is controlled by a plurality of second radiation detectors electrically connected to the source.
