The arrangement described comprises two rotating disks on a common axis through which the radiation is transmitted, a radiation detector located behind the disks, and an oscillograph. One pair of the deflection plates of the oscillograph is connected with the exit of the detector and the other pair is fed with a deflection frequency that is synchronous with the rotation of the disks. The two disks rotate in opposite directions and have an azimuthally, increasing thickness. (Gmelin Inst)
