Contamination problems and the measurement of low-level polonium-210

A procedure is described for the measurement of low-level $sup 210$Po in which the detection limit is approximately 3 x 10$sup -3$ dpm. Reagents and apparatus have been investigated for $sup 210$Po contamination, and the absolute contributions from these are reported. (DE)
